She has submitted expert testimonies to arbitration panels and regulatory agencies in the U.S. and Canada on topics related to transmission access, transmission pricing, renewable energy development, contract disputes, and power market designs. Her recent experiences involve economic and policy analyses associated with widening regional electricity markets, evaluating the potential impact of integrating renewable energy onto power systems, evaluating the value of proposed transmission projects, and advising companies and governments on energy and environment policies.
