Silvair Commissioning is a set of tools for setting up and managing qualified Bluetooth mesh lighting devices. With the use of a web and an iOS app, an installer can customize lighting control parameters in accordance with site-specific needs and building energy codes without specialized training or lighting control expertise. The tools allow for retrofitting of commercial spaces of any size - from small-size offices to large production halls.
Silvair Commissioning puts a user in charge of lighting control strategies that improve the well-being of building occupants and significantly reduce energy consumption. Features such as lighting control scenarios (daylight harvesting, occupancy/vacancy sensing), lighting zone linking, scenes and many more can be used in various applications areas.
For the sake of convenience and flexibility, we have divided the commissioning process into two stages - planning and implementation.
The planning stage can be performed off-site through a convenient cloud-based web application which enables a user to import floor plans and specify desired zones and features using a library of ready-to-use customizable lighting control scenarios. All commissioning data is securely stored in the cloud and can be accessed at any time. The implementation stage involves using the iOS app for finalizing the commissioning process. The app enables the user to add Bluetooth mesh lighting devices to a wireless network in time- and cost-efficient manner.
The iOS app allows for customization and calibration of lighting control during and after the commissioning process. For smaller installations, where a separate planning stage might not be needed, commissioning can be carried out entirely with the use of the iOS app.
