Special Rates:
$7.25 per hour per call taker (Non voice , Chat, email support)
$7.75 per hour per call taker (Basic Customer Phone support)
$9.00 per hour per call taker (Outbound Survey, Prequalification live transfer)
$10 - $18 per hour per call taker (Technical support - hourly rate depends on the skill set required)
