Profile
Brian Morrison has been actively involved in the Food Service Industry for the past 48 years. After spending 8 years in restaurants and 21 years as a private chef, Morrison landed in his current position with Clark’s Market in 2001 as the Director of all Perishable Departments for the company’s nine stores throughout Colorado, Utah and Arizona. Through his years of overseeing the delis, bakeries, meat & seafood and produce departments, Clark’s Market has experienced huge growth and advanced their product selection and quality to meet the expectations of our customer.
