Pete Westlake is the manager of strategic customer projects, finance and contracts and, as such, launches large new programs and manages the budget and contracts for Customer Operations at Orlando Utilities Commission. This is a vertically integrated municipality that serves electricity and water to Orlando, as well as parts of Orange and Osceola counties. Pete oversees OUC’s initiatives including Smart Cities, beneficial electrification, and low income. Pete has extensive experience in project management in all forms of project delivery. His experience covers a wide variety of industries, primarily in technology with project and program management. Pete has experience with large complex process improvement and management.
Pete holds a Bachelors of Computer Science, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Organizational Development, and he is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
