    REMA TIP TOP has developed a new Performance line of the industry standard REMAGRIP that can withstand extreme operating conditions while providing the service life and reduced maintenance costs expected on a REMA TIP TOP product.  Engineered and manufactured in Germany with the REMA TIP TOP dedication to quality and excellence, the new PERFORMANCEGRIP 70 products include pulley lagging and strip lagging.  A 61% increase in abrasion resistance, from 100 to 39 mm3, and a 65% improvement in tear growth resistance, from 17 to 28 N/mm, makes PERFORMANCEGRIP 70 the industry leader for pulley lagging.

      Trowel applied, glass flake reinforced COROFLAKE series linings are available in several base resin formulations for the protection of steel substrates in immersion service. These linings exhibit excellent chemical and permeation resistance.  The lining is applied in two coats over primer to achieve a target dry film thickness (DFT) of 80 mils (2.0 mm) with a range of 60-120 mils (1.5-3.0 mm). With various base resin systems available this linings series can be used for protection against most chemical immersion services at temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).

The lining design combines trowel and roller/spray application to provide an economical alternative to trowel-mat-trowel linings where applicable. The applied lining thickness range is 80-120 mils (2.0-3.0 mm) DFT with a target of 100 mils (2.5 mm).

    Depending on the specific lining design and service conditions, COROFLAKE MR systems can withstand immersion temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) on concrete and up to 150°F (66°C) on steel as well as splash/spill temperatures to 220°F (104°C)

  • In an effort to constantly improve on our product quality and performance, REMA TIP TOP has developed and is proud to introduce the new PERFORMANCEgrip 70 Pulley Lagging. It is well engineered and suited for extremely harsh applications for driven and non-driven pulleys. It is intended to further the performance life beyond most competitors lagging products by having superior physical properties such as abrasion resistance and elongation at break. The PERFORMANCEgrip 70 products are available in wide width sheets and strip lagging.  PERFORMANCEgrip 70 is a highly efficient lining material and can withstand the most demanding operating conditions – both wet and dry.  Its deep groove design has a 2” diamond profile and additional longitudinal grooves to provide maximum grip and negate the effects of dirt and water between the belt and lagging surface. Depending on the specific service conditions and substrate to be protected, these linings are suitable at temperatures up to 180°F (82°C) in immersion service and 220°F (104°C) for splash/spill conditions.

    TOPLINE systems are trowel applied, fabric reinforced linings that consist of a primer coat, one trowel applied basecoat, a reinforcement layer of fiberglass mat or synthetic fabric to provide structural support, and one trowel applied topcoat.    The typical applied lining system thickness range is 120-160 mils (3000-4000 microns) DFT. 

    TOPLINE systems exhibit excellent features such as;

  • REMALOX is a highly abrasion resistant rubber panel with 92% alumina oxide tiles imbedded into it.  The rubber/tile combination provides superior abrasion resistance and provides an impact cushioning effect that helps to protect the tiles from impact blows.  Tiles have extremely high bond strength to the rubber panel, ensuring that the tiles stay in place.  REMALOX is manufactured with the REMA TIP TOP CN bonding layer that is activated with the REMA TIP TOP two component bonding system for a chemically vulcanized cure. 

    REMA TIP TOP 92% alumina oxide tiles can last three to five times longer than high chrome abrasion resistant steel in lining applications with highly abrasive materials.  Alumina Oxide Ceramic tiles are one of the hardest manmade materials and have superb material characteristics, such as;
