Turningator

With the Turningator series of mobile lathes, Wysshus offers innovative solutions for the targeted increase in efficiency in power plants. The flexibly usable machines enable the machining of heavy turbine casings directly on site and thus offer decisive advantages: low turbine downtimes and no transport costs.
- SO H7 tolerance can be achieved. - The positions are fed back to the controller via the rotary encoder, with exact positions a glass ruler is used. - Direct measuring system based on a linear guide. - Machine accuracy according to VDI / DGQ 3441.

- Cutting speed 350 m / min

- Due to the high cuttin speeds, state-of-the-art cutting tools are applicable.

- Surface roughness: Ra 0.8 - Ra 0.4 possible

- Depth of cut: 4mm - cast material 3mm - Material steel

-Chip volume in liters per hour: 0.42 [dm3 / min] = 25.0 [dm3 / h] - Threads and contours according to CNC program
