  • Ferro Techniek BV (hereafter call FT),located at Gaanderen the eastern of Netherlands, have 80 years of long history speciality on enameling. The main product of company incl. colour enameling of pan supports and burner caps, development and manufacturing of heating element, as well as manufacturing of heat exchanger parts. We are the member of European Enamel Institute and also the draft company of the Quality Standard for the European Thermal Power Plant heat exchanger enameled heating elements.
    FT has professional laboratory for the enameled heating elements in allusion to the thermal power plant, to find all the factors which will influence the heating element life time via all kinds of analyse, such as edge coverage, impact resistance, bending flexility, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and resy to clean etc. FT found the best enamel technology –electrostatic wet spray enamel for thermal power plant heating element in 1983. This new technology not only combines the advantages of two traditional enamel technologies (wet dipping and electrostatic dry powder spray), but also avoid the disadvantages of these traditional technologies. This helps to double the lifetime of the enameled heating element.
