  • Epoxy Glass Cloth Laminated Sheet

    The epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet is made through hot pressing of layers of glass fiber cloth dipped in epoxy resin. It comes with higher mechanical strength and electrical performance than phenolic cloth and paper laminate. Especially, the epoxy glass laminate features excellent resistance to moisture and high temperature. Therefore, it finds quite wide applications.

    Applications
    The electrical insulating materials can be used in electrical equipment such as power distribution cabinet, rectifier, power generator, electric motor, etc. for electrical insulation purposes. Characterized by high resistance to high temperature and fire, non halogen and other features, some of this material can be used in quite harsh environment.

    Application Guide
    EPGC201: For mechanical, electrical and electronic uses, with extremely high mechanical strength under intermediate temperature and excellent electrical stability under high temperature;
    EPGC202: Similar to the EPGC201 type epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet, with low combustibility;
    EPGC203: Similar to the EPGC202 type laminated sheet, with high mechanical strength under high temperature;
    EPGC204: Similar to the EPGC203 type laminated sheet, with low combustibility;
    EPGC205: Similar to the EPGC203 type laminated sheet, with improved mechanical performance;
    EPGC306: Similar to the EPGC203 type laminated sheet, with improved comparative tracking index (CTI);
    EPGC307: Similar to the EPGC205 type laminated sheet, with improved comparative tracking index (CTI);
    EPGC308: Similar to the EPGC203 type laminated sheet, with improved heat resistance

    F880A: For mechanical, electrical and electronic uses, with extremely high mechanical strength under intermediate temperature and excellent electrical stability under high temperature, similar to the G-10 sheet of NEMA standard;
    F881A: Except specific combustion characteristic, this epoxy glass cloth laminated sheet is equivalent to the F880A sheet in other properties. It is similar to the FR-4 sheet of NEMA standard;
    F882A: The only difference between from F880A is that the sheet boasts high mechanical strength under high temperature. It is equivalent to the G-11 sheet of NEMA standard;
    F883A: Except specific combustion characteristic, this laminated sheet is equivalent to the F882A sheet in other properties.

    3240: For mechanical, electrical and electronic uses, featured by high mechanical strength under intermediate temperature and excellent electrical stability under high humidity;
    3240-3: Similar to 3420 and inferior to 3240 in general characteristics. It has great cost efficiency

    Description
    1. PFCP Series:
    Models: PFCP201/ PFCP202/ PFCP203/ PFCP204/ PFCP205/ PFCP206/ PFCP207, etc.
    Process: This series phenolic paper laminated sheet is a layered material, made through hot pressing, drying of two or more layers of fiber paper, impregnated with phenolic resins.

    2. 3021 Series:
    Models:
     3020/3021/3021B/3021C
    Process: This series phenolic sheet is made through hot pressing of two or more layers of electro-insulating paper, impregnated with synthetic thermo-reactive resins of phenol-formaldehyde and cresol-formaldehyde type, mixture of these resins or their modifications

    3. F820 Series:
    Models:
     F820-2/F820-3B/F820-5K
    Process: An electrical insulation material made through hot pressing and drying of bleached wood pulp paper, impregnated with phenolic resins modified with tung oil.

    Features
    Phenolic paper laminated sheet is featured by excellent machining property and cost efficiency. Under normal humidity, it has great electrical insulation performance and ensures low dielectric loss. It is able to be applied in transformer oil.

    Applications
    1. Suitable for all kinds of stamping processes, the phenolic laminate can be used to make the insulating structural parts for motors and electrical equipment.
    2. It can also be used to make SMT working table top, test bench top, etc.
    3. In electronic industry, the phenolic paper laminated sheet is widely used for making PCB text fixture.
    4. Due to low dielectric loss, it is commonly used to fabricate the insulation parts for transformers and electric reactors.
    5. Since the loss of X-ray and electromagnetic wave is small after passing through the phenolic paper laminated sheet, it is often used to make the table board of operation tables, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), etc.

    Application Guide
    F820-2, F820-3B: An economy type sheet for mechanical use, with superior mechanical strength and machinability;
    F820-5K: An anti-static laminated sheet, for both mechanical and electrical use, with excellent mechanical strength and machinability;

    3020: Used under power frequency and high voltage, with high electrical strength in oil as well as in air under normal humidity;
    3021: For both mechanical and electrical use, with good electrical performance under normal humidity. It is also suitable for hot punching process;
    3021B: For both mechanical and electrical use. The phenolic paper laminated sheet boasts excellent electrical performance under normal humidity. General characteristics are slightly inferior to the 3021 type;
    3021C: For both mechanical and electrical use. It is excellent in electrical performance under normal humidity. General characteristics are slightly inferior to the 3021B type;

    PFCP201: For mechanical use, with better mechanical performance than other PFCP types but slightly poorer electrical performance under normal humidity. It is suitable for hot punching process;
    PFCP202: For use under power frequency and high voltage, with high electrical strength in oil as well as in air under normal humidity;
    PFCP203: For both mechanical and electrical use, featured by excellent electrical performance under normal humidity, suitable for hot punching process;
    PFCP204: For electrical and electronic use, ensuring perfect electrical stability under high humidity. It is ideal for both cold and hot punching processes;
    PFCP205: Similar to PFCP204, but with lower combustibility. It is same with the FR1 sheet in NEMA standard;
    PFCP206: For both mechanical and electrical use, with high electrical insulation performance under high humidity. Suitable for hot punching process;
    PFCP207: Similar to PFCP201, but with improved punching performance under low temperature;

    The phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet is laminated material made through the hot pressing of two or more layers of cotton cloth, impregnated or reinforced with synthetic thermo-reactive resins of phenol and cresol formaldehyde type. Under normal state, this insulating material comes with excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It has been extensively used as electrical insulation parts for machines, motors and electrical equipment. Also, the laminated sheet can be applied in transformer oils.

    PFCC202: For both mechanical and electrical use, with excellent electrical property;
    PFCC203: For mechanical use, recommended to make small size parts for precision instruments, with better mechanical but poorer electrical performance than the PFCC204 laminated sheet;
    PFCC204: For both mechanical and electrical use, outstanding in mechanical and electrical performance, recommended to make small parts;

    C850.1: For mechanical use (from coarse cloth), excellent in mechanical performance and slightly poor in electrical performance, like the C series sheet in NEMA standard;
    C850.2: For both mechanical and electrical use (from coarse cloth), with great electrical performance, like the CE series sheet in NEMA standard;
    C850.3: For mechanical use (from fine cloth), with better mechanical performance than electrical performance, like the L series laminated sheet in NEMA standard;
    C850.4: For both mechanical and electrical use (from fine cloth), with great electrical performance, like the LE series sheet in NEMA standard;

    3025: For mechanical use (from coarse cloth), featured by excellent mechanical performance, high strength and slightly poor electrical property;
    3026: For mechanical use (from fine cloth), providing superior mechanical performance. It is recommended to make small size parts;
    3027: For both mechanical and electrical use (from coarse cloth), with higher electrical performance;
