  •      Transformer oil pump is mainly used in forced oil circulation cooling system of large transformers, electric furnace transformer, electric locomotive transformer and other special transformers. The products are carefully designed by experienced senior technical personnel, to use the most advanced hydraulic model and adopt a similar design. Therefore, the pump has high efficiency and good performance. The motor selects the axial magnetic induction motor, stator and rotor are formed by two round-plate-shaped iron core. Pump and motor are combined together, with the new and compact structure, good rigidity, little vibration, low noise, no seal and no leakage. It operates smoothly and reliably, which is the ideal oil transport equipment for transformer oil cooling.​

  •      The working principle of forced oil circulation air cooler is to transport the transformer oil cooler directly to the inside of cooler tube, and force the cooling air to through around the cooling tube by the fan cooling air. The two media of oil and air keep the heat exchange by constantly circulating through the cooler wall, to reach the purpose of transformer cooling. Forced oil circulation air cooler of transformer has launched standard type, double-loop type, intelligent type and other types, with the characteristics of anti-leakage, high-efficiency, compact, low noise and convenient installation, mainly used in the cooling equipment of large transformers and furnace transformers.

         YFZL type air cooler is designed on the basis of technology process absorbed from Japan, France, Canada and other countries, with year’s reliable operation. It utilizes the structure of double groove inside the tube plate hole, plus expansion joint twice of steel liner and installs the spoiler device in the tubes to improve the cooling efficiency. The process is currently the leading technology in domestic. Shape shell adopts flange edge welding technology with beautiful appearance, matching with the large-flow, low-lift, and low rotating speed pump, as well as the large air flow, low-speed and low-noise fan. The design is with small size, light weight and anti-leakage.

  •     The low noise fan for transformer, based machinery industry standard JB / T96421999 "Transformers fan”, is designed and manufactured jointly with the Institute of Fluid Dynamics of Zhejiang University, specially for the use of transformer cooler and radiator in large and heavy transformer. Fan blades adopt airfoil type in the material of die-casting aluminum. Compared with similar steel products, it has the characteristics of lighter weight, more stable performance, lower noise and so on. Blade design has been patented (patent number: 200410089164.2). Its protection class is IP55, and the fan structure is the axial flow impeller connected with the direct axis of outdoor three-phase asynchronous motor.

        This series of fan design adopt the blade of half section airfoil type, and optimize the blade parameters, with characteristics of large air volume, high air pressure, low noise, high efficiency, and long operating life and so on.

        The blade is made of high strength and die-casting aluminum alloy, with light weight, corrosion resistance and other characteristics.

        Impeller and motor with direct shaft connection, according to the different installation methods cooler and radiator, either horizontally or vertically hair.

        Fans are provided with a safety net.

        Motor is fully enclosed outdoor three-phase motors, internal overload thermistor temperature is 110 ℃, protection class IP55, fans can continue to run.
