    HBG owns technology of Refuse Incinerated Waste Heat Boiler based on grate or CFB combustion with throughput of 150T/D to 750T/D. Equipped with own patent of the two-segment reciprocating incinerator/grate suite for all kinds of MSW....

  • HBG owns technology of Refuse Incinerated Waste Heat Boiler based on grate or CFB combustion with throughput of 150T/D to 750T/D. The two-segment reciprocating MSW incinerator/grate and high-temperature waste heat recovery boiler was the major achievement of China “863 Hi-Tech Project Plan” and awarded Invention Patent Certificates, National Key New Product Certificate, National Environment Protection Product Certificate, and topped the Second Prize of China Mechanical Industry Tech Improvement Award besides the Zhejiang Provincial Technology Improvement Award in 2006.

    Presently HBG has already supplied more than 120 units of Refuse Incinerated Waste Heat Boilers in China Market and Oversea Market, including the Qinhuangdao 2x500T/D MSW fired Power-gen Project in 2008 which was developed with own proprietary intellectual property rights and with the biggest throughput for each unit.

    HBG has been engaged in research and developed CFB boiler since 1980s and supplied more than 200 units ranging from 35t/h to 480t/h, with the fuel covering coal gangue, anthracite, bitumite, mixed coal, bone coal, petroleum coke and biomass etc....

    HBG has successfully expanded its overseas market to Thailand, Vietnam, India, Myanmar etc., from where HBG gained 5 boiler island and 1 entire power plant EPC projects including cogeneration and biomass-coal mixture based CFB boiler for SCG, fulfilling the hardest CFB combustion all over the world, with firing paper pulp, waste residue, and wood bark etc.

    In recent years, HBG developed super high pressure (13.7 MPa), high temperature (540℃) with reheat system biomass fired CFB boiler with high efficiency which suit for all kinds of biomass fuels. And supplied 8 units to Chinese customers till now.

    As the licencee of NOOTER/ERIKSEN Inc. (N/E) since 2002, HBG is now capable of designing and manufacturing variant kinds of HRSG with horizontal/vertical arrangement, single/dual/triple-pressure configuration, natural/forced circulation HRSG....

  • HRSG is HBG’s core product with advantage. HBG started the R&D in late 1970s, and introduced advanced 9E Class HRSG technology in middle 1990s. Since 2002, by digestion and absorption of the transferred technology from the well-known independent natural circulation HRSG supplier NOOTER/ERIKSEN Inc. (N/E), and HBG is now capable of designing and manufacturing variant kinds of HRSG with horizontal/vertical arrangement, single-pressure /dual-pressure /triple-pressure configuration, natural/forced circulation. Now HBG is the only supplier providing HRSGs behind all the F-class or equivalent size gas turbines from GE, MHI, and Siemens.

    HBG awarded the world’s highest level H class HRSG orders since 2015.
