SuKarne is a company operating beef processing plants in Mexico, maintaining a herd of over 500,000 cattle on feed and processing 1.6M cattle annually, much of which is exported to the United States. SuKarne owns and feeds their cattle an average of 160 days. Recently, SuKarne has been doing extensive testing in the United States on case-ready boneless striploin steaks, ribeye steaks, and T-bone steaks and we have been receiving very favorable comments from our retail partners.
