Richard Comeau has called Tulsa, Oklahoma home since 2016 where he serves as the Director of Programming for Hunger Free Oklahoma. In this role Richard manages the development, growth, and evaluation for a broad array of antihunger programs. He is honored to work with a dedicated team to implement and administer programs that are improving food security for thousands of Oklahomans including Double Up Oklahoma, the State of Oklahoma’s SNAP Outreach Program, the state’s SNAP Hotline, Child Nutrition Programs, and multiple outreach and education projects. Previously Richard served as a Director for the Texas Hunger Initiative in Fort Worth, Texas.
