Andrew’s current role with AutoStore is to help companies interested in Microfulfillment to understand the cost and benefits this approach will bring to their business and ultimately the end customers. Andrew has an extensive supply chain consulting background rooted in corporate finance. He previously ran strategy for a firm focusing on end of line solutions to increase visibility of KPI’s while reducing the total and true cost of fulfillment. Andrew’s background gives him the tools to quickly understand project priority as they tie back to corporate initiatives. He is currently helping grocers across North America regain profitability of their online operation while increasing the capacity to serve more customers.
