Diana provides support to 81 Cub stores and pharmacies and 27 Cub Wine & Spirits stores, representing over 10,000 team members.
She has worked for Cub Foods for 33 years. Her experiences include benefits and compensation, labor and employee relations, training and development, recruiting, mergers and acquisitions and DEI.
Diana has served on the United Way Board and is a current member of the UNFI ASSIST Foundation Board that provides financial support to team members for situations resulting in serious medical conditions, loss of housing, or unexpected financial needs. In addition, she serves on the Cub Foundation and Minnesota Grocers Foundation Boards. She was also a recipient of Progressive Grocers Top Women in Grocery Award.
Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls and is a graduate of the University of Southern California Food Industry Executive Program.
