Tim Kent has been the Director of Meat/Seafood for the SpartanNash Company since April of 2017; in this role he oversees the procurement, category management and merchandising teams. He has led the transformation of the assortment for SpartanNash corporate retail stores, as well as three thousand plus independent retailers. He has held several leadership roles throughout his twenty years with the company. His extensive background in the meat industry started as a teenager at his family-owned butcher shop.
Tim serves on the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) annual meat conference planning committee.
