Diana Gorshe is Sr. Director, Category Management for Del Monte. In this role, Diana leads category insights and analytics for the company. Her focus is on retailer engagements to discover how shopper trends are impacting these categories and working with customers to influence the way they market and merchandise our products and categories to their customers.
Diana has spent over 30 years in the food and consumer products industry in sales, retail buying, marketing, and category management in managerial and executive roles with Procter & Gamble, Ralphs Grocery Company, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, Acosta Sales & Marketing and Dean Foods. In these roles, Diana specializes in creating partnerships that deliver mutually beneficial business growth. Diana has led efforts to re-imagine store aisles and departments, leading to improved retail sales and better experiences for shoppers. Diana values creative thought and solutions that drive higher consumer engagement, using consumer trends and attitudes as the basis for all ideas.
Diana was recognized as a Woman of Influence in the Food Industry in 2018 and as Who’s Who in Insights & Analytics in 2021. She is also active in the Network of Executive Woman (NEW), an organization in which her husband, Mike, is a founder.
