Giselle Alvarez serves as the Vice President of Operations at Hitchcock’s Markets. Giselle plays a major role in the daily operations, new store development and expansion, and improving the overall customer experience at each of Hitchcocks' 12 family-owned supermarkets. Prior to her involvement in the family business, Giselle worked at the United Nations in the Office for Partnerships and as a Consultant for Richline Group. She has a B.S. and MBA from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island and currently resides in Newberry, Florida. Outside of the office, Giselle enjoys being a spinning instructor, cooking, and watching baseball.
