An accomplished consultant and principal with Retail Feedback Group, Brian partners with a wide range of organizations, advising on research, feedback, and public relations/communication efforts. Brian co-authored Feedback Rules!, published by Brigantine Media.
Before joining Retail Feedback Group in 2012, Brian spent 18 years at Nash Finch Company where he led market research, public relations and the charitable foundation. At Nash Finch, Brian developed the consumer research program, pioneered the initial implementation of geographic information systems, and launched a customer feedback program in all corporate-owned stores and many independent locations.
In the food industry, Brian served as Chair of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) Consumer Market Research Committee, and as a member of the Program Leadership Board at the University of Minnesota Food Industry Center. Brian has presented, moderated panels and served as a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and events for major trade associations such as the National Grocers Association (NGA), the Produce Marketing Association (PMA), the New England Produce Council (NEPC), and the Minnesota Grocers Association (MGA).
