Excited to take on the new role of CEO of Good Food Holdings. We operate premium and natural and organic supermarkets up and down the West Coast of the US.
Prior to that, I worked for McMillanDoolittle for over 25 years. During that time, we have worked on strategy, store development and performance improvement projects for retail companies in practically every form of retail. While I specialize broadly in mass retailing (food retail, drug stores, etc), I have also completed work for shoe stores, jewelry stores, automotive retailers, pawn shops, consumer electronics retailers, furniture retailers and the list goes on.
Over the past decade, our work has become more international in focus and I am working on, or have completed projects, in Thailand, Iceland, Italy, U.K., New Zealand and Korea, to name a few countries.This deep interest in retail has culminated in two books on the subject, Winning at Retail, published in 2004 and Greentailing, published in September of 2008. Key client engagements include a mix of large and small retailers including Federated Department Stores, Sears, T-Mobile, Lenox, Lands’ End, McDonald’s Corporation, Publix Supermarkets, Procter & Gamble, Harris Teeter Supermarkets, Winn Dixie and E-mart (Korea).
I specialize in strategic planning and the development of new retail concepts. Throughout my career, I have developed strategies and new concepts for a diverse variety of clients across the retail industry. Quite often I also participate in speaking engagements concerning retail trends both in the U.S. and Internationally.
