In her current role as the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations for Rosauers Supermarkets, Inc., she provides leadership and execution of human resources and labor relations strategies for a 2800 employee, multi- state employer. Rosauers stores are a mix of 50% union and non-union employees.
She has experience in private, public and non-profit entities and strives to bring the best of each in to the workplace. She is most proud of the fact that after many years in HR she still has most of her sanity.
