Retailers are often sitting on a gold mine of customer data but are challenged with making the information actionable. We'll review how GS1 standards can improve data interoperability and also how to ensure data is consistently clean and usable.  Strategies to aggregate data across the independent retail sector, and what else data can be used for will be discussed.  Hear how independent retailers have taken advantage of the ability to use aggregated data to better understand item movement and category trends in their markets and nationwide.  We will also discuss what's next for POS data applications and standards in this ever evolving retail landscape.
