Amazon has Subscribe & Save, an auto-replenishment offering that has grown into a $10 billion business, and a model that almost no other retailers have yet adopted.  That's changing, though, as retailers realize that auto-replenishment isn't just a way of capturing sales and sustainable revenue;  it also is a way to creating enduring relationships with shoppers that can stand up to the competition.  This session will look at the economics and infrastructure necessary for creating a compelling auto-replenishment offering.
