Description
Most retailers face some sort of inventory management challenge. Those range from inventory overstocks impacting overall profitability; out-of-stocks in the store and in ecommerce; expensive labor needed to handle product multiple times - often unnecessarily; or excessive shrink in perishable departments from overestimation of actual production needs. This session will explore how one retailer was able to solve those and other inventory-related problems by applying readily-available technology.
