We make our textile fabrics & insulation. Textile materials are avaiable from us or our international network of distributors, or we build  your custom cut & sewn product. 

Our textile materials are made in-house, we weave our fabrics, we coat our fabrics, we weave our tapes, braids and sleeving.  Our non-woven needled mat products are second to none.  From fiberglass, to basalt to silica materials, we cover demanding thermal insulation seals and systems.   • McAllister Mills Microporous Insulation:  Trust McAllister Mills microporous insulation to continue “performing to specification” after multiple heat cycles.  Unlike many other microporous and aerogel products, Micropor™ from McAllister Mills does not break down after just one thermal cycle and lose performance.  This “thermal shift” common in other aerogel type products is permanent, and does not have the safety assurance of repeat cycling at the same level of thermal insulation you get from Micropor™.  Low thermal conductivity, typical use up to 1200°F dependent upon facings or encapsulation used, and extreme applications to 1830°F.
