  • The ENOxCS™ solution from Global Emissions Systems uses our patented and proprietary Dry Selective Catalyst™ (DSC™) technology to provide the highest reductions in carbon monoxide (CO), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions in natural gas applications with high oxygen (O₂) content in the exhaust gases.

    The solution is a closed loop two stage system that can control NOx emissions as well as carbon monoxide (CO) and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) using a single catalyst chemistry. Each unit is designed using the actual operating specifications of the engine it is designed for including duty cycle, baseline emissions, exhaust temperature profiles and engine back pressure as specified by the manufacturer of the engine to ensure compatibility. This solution produces superior NOx reduction while avoiding the maintenance, consumables, electronics, resource training and costs associated with traditional wet selective catalytic reduction systems using liquid urea.

    The ENOxCS™ solution includes an electronic control module (ECM) with pre and post NOx sensors that monitor engine out and post catalyst NOx, logs and records the data for compliance reporting,    and can be programmed for specific fault conditions with prescribed resolutions or alarms. The emission monitoring data can be accessed real time from any internet enabled device.

    The GESi® 4000 ENOxCS™ solution from Global Emissions Systems can be installed on any engine make used in power generation, co-generation and natural gas compression.

    Global Emissions Systems utilizes independent third party labs to verify and certify the emission reduction capabilities of their technologies. Global Emissions has received Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) and have verified technologies with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB).

  • The GESi®9000 SCR from Global Emissions Systems uses a proprietary technology that uses urea to provide superior reductions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions in applications with high oxygen (O₂) content in the exhaust gas.

    This solution consists of an SCR catalyst bed in a stainless steel vessel, a stainless steel mixing chamber, an electronic control system that manages and measures the reagent injected into the exhaust stream. The SCR catalyst bed is extruded with the wash coats impregnated in the raw material which results in a very robust and long lasting catalyst bed with a negligible deterioration factor.  The design and construction of the catalyst bed provides the broadest range of operating temperatures in the industry and is extremely resistant to thermal cycling.

     

    The SCR controller is a PLC driven electronic control system that is designed and built to UL/CSA standards and can be floor or wall mounted. The SCR Controller will monitor engine calls (start/run/shut down), engine load, catalyst pre-temperature, instrument air, the transport of urea from the storage tanks to the mixing chamber, and the proper volume metering of the urea.  At engine shut down, the SCR controller will stop the transport of urea and will also purge/clean the injection system including the atomizing lance.

    The GESi® 9000 Wet Selective Catalytic Reduction System from Global Emissions Systems can be installed on any diesel or natural gas engine used in power generation, co-generation and natural gas compression.

  • The GESi® 7000 Diesel NOx Control System (DNOxCS™) uses our patented and proprietary Dry Selective Catalyst™ (DSC™) technology to provide the highest level of reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions in diesel applications without the requirement for liquid urea based systems.

    This solution is a either a single stage or dual stage system that can control NOx emissions as well as carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) without the requirement for a urea based wet selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system. The level of NOx emission reduction required and the regulations in the jurisdiction of installation determines whether the DNOxCS™ implementation is single stage or dual stage. The DNOxCS™ solution can be combined inline with our California Air Resources Board (ARB) Level 3+ Verified (Executive Order DE-11-002) Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) that achieves a minimum of 85% reduction in diesel particulate matter (soot) and will not increase nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) beyond regulated limits. All solutions are designed using the actual operating specifications of the engine it is designed for including duty cycle, baseline emissions, exhaust temperature profiles and engine back pressure as specified by the manufacturer of the engine to ensure compatibility.
