The ENOxCS™ solution from Global Emissions Systems uses our patented and proprietary Dry Selective Catalyst™ (DSC™) technology to provide the highest reductions in carbon monoxide (CO), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions in natural gas applications with high oxygen (O₂) content in the exhaust gases.
The solution is a closed loop two stage system that can control NOx emissions as well as carbon monoxide (CO) and non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) using a single catalyst chemistry. Each unit is designed using the actual operating specifications of the engine it is designed for including duty cycle, baseline emissions, exhaust temperature profiles and engine back pressure as specified by the manufacturer of the engine to ensure compatibility. This solution produces superior NOx reduction while avoiding the maintenance, consumables, electronics, resource training and costs associated with traditional wet selective catalytic reduction systems using liquid urea.
The ENOxCS™ solution includes an electronic control module (ECM) with pre and post NOx sensors that monitor engine out and post catalyst NOx, logs and records the data for compliance reporting, and can be programmed for specific fault conditions with prescribed resolutions or alarms. The emission monitoring data can be accessed real time from any internet enabled device.
The GESi® 4000 ENOxCS™ solution from Global Emissions Systems can be installed on any engine make used in power generation, co-generation and natural gas compression.
Global Emissions Systems utilizes independent third party labs to verify and certify the emission reduction capabilities of their technologies. Global Emissions has received Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) and have verified technologies with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB).
