Important!!! If you have a booth that is 2,500 Sq. Ft. or larger it is required for you to submit your booth designs
for approval to Lauren Brenner at laurenb@pennwell.com 90 days out from the first move in day.

Pipe and draping is only included with non-island space. Floor covering is mandatory and will be forced if you do
not have any flooring in your booth. Carpet, furniture, and other booth furnishings can be ordered through
Brede/Allied (password to order services is: fdicmp). Electric and internet is not included with your booth space but may be ordered hrough the
convention center.

All booths up to 100 sq. ft. receive (5) booth staff passes. After the first 100 sq. ft. exhibitors receive three (3) booth
staff passes per 100 sq. ft up to 3,000 sq. ft. Any booths over 3,000 sq. ft receive one (1) booth staff per 100 sq. ft.
over the first two allotments.

Note: If you are using an EAC to set up your booth we still need a certificate of insurance from
the company exhibiting.

You may carry your items in if you can carry them in by hand. If you have to use a dolly to move your items in you must pay for labor provided by Brede.

You may sell your products.services at the event. If you need a business tax form, you can find it on the ICC/LOS website here.
 
Carpeting is required and is not included with your booth. You may bring your own carpet or purchase carpet through Brede/Allied (password is fdic17) If you do not have flooring, you will be forced carpet and charged for the carpet.

Note: If you are in the Capital Corridor, Hoosier Corridor, Wabash West Corridor, or if you are an Outdoor Exhibitor you do not need to purchase carpet.

There is nearby parking available during the event. Space is limited and there are no in and out privieges.

The Apparatus/POV Staging Lot for both Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center is located at Lucas Oil Stadium, South Parking Lot, 500 South Vapitol Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana. Please Use Gate 10 Entrance Only! Early Saturday Check-In is encouraged.
